Traditional cuisine with a special focus on game and local products. By experimenting with local traditions and skillfully combining Italian and European cuisine, the restaurant’s chef has been able to create an original menu with creative presentation, while preserving the authentic flavors.

There is also the possibility to prepare meals for celiac guests and cater to dietary requirements for athletes and those with food intolerances, based on each guest's individual needs.
